The Hidden Seller (The Beer Seller)

The Beer Seller formerly known as John Angel Jewellers is located on Tonbridge High Street, just a short walk from Tonbridge Rail Station. The pub definitely brings a little bit of the country vibe into our town and is known for it's quality English ales, cider, wine and spirits, many of which have been produced locally.

The staff at the beer seller have been working hard on a new shop and wine tasting experience and at the end of the month will be opening the doors of The Hidden Seller to the public. Not only will you be able to purchase lots of delicious English wines, ales, cider and spirits you can book yourself a spot for one of their wine and cheese tasting evenings.  Note: Not all items are available to purchase in most supermarkets so you'd be a fool not to check it out.

"The English wine and cheese tasting evening will showcase a special array of 5 English wines both still and sparkling from local vineyards, paired perfectly with five local artisanal English cheeses. The event will last for around 2 hours, as you are talked through these distinctive flavours by our very own wine enthusiast, Amy." 

I was lucky enough to attend a sneak preview event this week and got to sample some of the delicious wines and cheese that The Hidden Seller have to offer and can honestly say I was not disappointed. The room has been decorated beautifully and even has a chandelier made out of wine glasses! I had so much fun and can honestly say it was one of my favourite evenings out in a while.

Wine and Cheese tasting evenings would make the perfect "date night" or Birthday get together. They even have a function room available to hire which would be suitable for hen parties. Amy and the team were really welcoming and knowledgeable too so I really would recommend it!
