The Gin to my Lemonade

.. let's face it, we all know everyone's problem isn't with gin, it's the tonic!

Despite being very late to the Gin party it's safe to say that over the last year or so I have turned into quite the fan.

I was introduced to the spirit by my sister, Ellen - who has been drinking gin for many many years. Now whilst she is happy to drink a G&T I just can't bring myself to enjoy it.

My current favourite gins include 

- Oro (The only non flavoured gin i'll drink)
- Verano Sicilian Lemon
- Verano Spanish Watermelon
- Manchester Raspberry infused
- Malfy Rosa
- Edinburgh Rhubarb & Ginger
- Beefeater Pink Strawberry

I could probably write a book on what gin I like at the moment but my point is you really can enjoy a gin on a Saturday night without forcing it down, just add a splash of lemonade, some fancy botanicals, a mountain of ice and enjoy the ride!
